Zoe’s philosophy centers on the principles of bio-individuality and multidimensional health. Recognizing that each person’s path to wellness is unique, she empowers her clients to adopt behaviors that resonate with their individual needs and life circumstances. By focusing on integrative nutrition— both on and off the plate— Zoe connects the dots between nutrition, lifestyle, and overall wellness, enabling her clients to show up as the best versions of themselves. Zoe’s approach to health and wellness is rooted in the latest evidence-based methods, seamlessly integrating scientific knowledge with empathy and practical wisdom. Working in close collaboration with a team of medical professionals, she helps clients achieve lasting weight loss and a sustainable healthy lifestyle by addressing the full spectrum of wellness—not just nutrition and exercise, but other critical yet often-overlooked areas, including sleep, stress management, and overall well-being.
 

Her approach is deeply rooted in her own personal journey, having been diagnosed with hypoglycemia at a young age, when she learned the profound impact of lifestyle and nutrition on health. Zoe's rich professional background spans several industries, including senior management roles in manufacturing, hospitality, business development, marketing, and publishing. These diverse experiences honed her ability to listen non-judgmentally, connect with individuals from all walks of life, and apply a multifaceted perspective to health coaching that puts her clients first.
 

Outside of her professional life, Zoe is committed to her own holistic health practices. She begins each day with grounding, gratitude, breathwork, and fitness, and finds joy in nature, tennis, and spending time with her family and her beloved dogs. Her personal experiences, combined with her professional expertise, make her an empathetic and effective coach, dedicated to helping others navigate their wellness journeys with courage and compassion. Zoe’s mission is encapsulated in her favorite quote: “One Courageous Step is all it takes to make a change.” With her guidance, Zoe empowers her clients to face their fears, embrace their health, and ultimately transform their lives for the better.
