Cancellation Policy

Dear Valued Clients At One Wellness Clinic, we understand that situations may result in the need for you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To do so, we request that you notify us 24 hours in advance if you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment date or time. Contact should be made directly via phone call to (246)547-1111 or via WhatsApp at (246)823-1110. This allows us to manage our schedule effectively and offer the time slot to another patient in need. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before your appointment will be subject to a fee of $150 being charged to your account. No-shows will also incur a $150 fee being charged to their account. These charges must be settled before, or at the time, of the patient’s next scheduled visit. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with this policy as we seek to ensure that we continue to provide timely, and efficient care to all of our patients.
